Mitchell Porch

This back porch was completely overtaken with water damage that had caused extensive rot throughout all major support beams. We completely demoed the porch roof, which was improperly framed, and properly reframed the entire porch area. We installed all new roof decking, repurposing the existing metal roofing. We installed all new sheathing, Tyvek, siding and trim and finished the project off with fresh paint. We also installed new lighting and ventilation on the interior of the porch.
