This quick flip involved turning a unleveled storage shed into a "guest cabin" for this family's in-laws. After leveling the unit, we added new energy-efficient windows, a new man door, added and painted interior walls, minor wiring for future power to be run to the unit, installed a ceiling fan and new flooring. As a final touch, we painted the exterior with Sherwin Williams "Agreeable Gray." For the main home, we removed an old fireplace box, releveled the floor joists (replacing a few), and reframed/installed new fire box while preserving and reusing the existing stone surround.
